If you've lost your Pioneer debit card, you can utilize the Control Card tab within myPioneer Online and Mobile Banking to pause it, call us at (208) 587-3304 or use the myPioneer Personal Assistant app to cancel it. If it's after business hours, report the card missing at 1(866) 416-5688.

If you need to order a new Pioneer debit card, call our Contact Center, use the myPioneer Personal Assistant video chat, or visit a Pioneer Personal Teller Machine or a branch. If your card is going to expire soon, a replacement card will be sent prior to expiration to the address on file.

Visa Auto Rental Collision

Heading out west for a vacation, or need to put your stallion in the shop for a tune up? Members with a Pioneer Visa credit card get auto rental collision insurance when renting a car. 

In order to utilize this benefit when renting a car, you must:

• Use your Pioneer Visa Platinum Credit Card to make the purchase on the rental
• Decline any collision protection the rental agency offers
• If you are in a collision, fill out a claim
