Pioneer is honored to again be named in the Top Ten Best Places to Work (BPTW) in Idaho! Team members attended the awards ceremony on April 19, 2018 to accept the award for the Fourth Best Place to Work in the Large Employers (100 - 249 employees) category. In 2017, Pioneer took sixth place.

The BPTW program provides companies with detailed feedback from their employees which compares benchmarks of other similar-sized companies across Idaho. This data gives companies perspective on strengths and areas for improvement when it comes to providing a top-notch workplace.

"We do not set out to hit scores or numbers," said Curt Perry, President/CEO of Pioneer. "We set out to become a better employer, the scores simply serve as a measuring stick for our progress. We have been making great strides with our culture, our environment, and with our team," Perry said. "Our overall scores for the past three years have been very consistent. But with each passing year, there are more and more companies participating in the survey, which means it gets more challenging each year just to hit the top 10. I am proud that we finished in the top 5 this year, and I'm very thankful for the input our team members provided. When I say 'we' have been making a difference, I am referring to our team of 160, plus a solid Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee. 'We' are Pioneer."
