Pioneer 2021 Annual Meeting

This year’s annual meeting will be held on June 15, 2022 at 5:00 at the Main Office of Pioneer Federal Credit Union in Mountain Home, Idaho. At the meeting we will report the state of the credit union and plans for the future.  We will also announce the results of the election for the Board of Directors.

All elections shall be determined by plurality vote and shall be by ballot boxes or mail ballot except where there is only one nominee for each position to be filled. The special ballot boxes will be located in each of our branch offices beginning on June 5, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. and closing on June 9, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. 

Absentee ballots may be obtained by submitting a written request to:

The absentee ballots will be made available and mailed on or near May 16, 2022. The ballots must be received back at the same address no later than June 13, 2022 at 5:00 p.m.

This year we will be voting for three Board of Director positions.  There will be no nominations from the floor at the annual meeting.  The Nominating Committee will accept nominations by petition.  Petitions for nominees must be received by 5:00 p.m. on May 6, 2022 and contain signatures from one percent (1%) or 500 members (max) of the membership.  As of October 31, 2021 the membership count was 55,806. Therefore, members interested in being nominated by petition must obtain a minimum of 500 member signatures to be eligible.  In addition, each nominee by petition must submit a statement of qualifications and biographical data accompanied by a signed certificate from the nominee indicating that they agree with the nomination and will serve if elected.

Michelle has lived in Mountain Home for 30 years and retired from Pioneer in 2011. Michelle also worked with the American Cancer Society Relay for Life for three years, two of which she was Chair. She's also participated with Community Canvas.

Sue has lived in Mountain Home for 30 years. She retired from Civil Service at the Mountain Home Airforce Base in 2018. Sue has also volunteered with Idaho Fish and Game on various projects and has been a Pioneer member since 1993.

Gary has lived in Boise for 40 years. He's retired twice, the first time from the United States Army in 2005 and from the Idaho State government and local government in 2017. Gary has also volunteered and served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate and has been a Pioneer member since 2016.
